You can always contact us from Contact Us Page or through our Online Support / Chat.
You can always track your order, once you place your order in our website, and the payment is processed successfully and we received your order, we will start making your order ready and ship it to you.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.
You can track you order by going to My Account page at the upper right hand corner and then enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button.
the Order ID was sent with your receipt # and in the confirmation email you should have received in your email.
If you are unable to track your order status and it has been more than 10 business days since you have ordered, please contact us at support@iMakeCanvas.com
What should I do if the Canvas I received is damaged or not in good condition?
If your Canvas arrives not in good / perfect condition, please send us the photos of the Canvas and photos of the box it arrived in, to support@iMakeCanvas.com and we will happy to ship a replacement you just pay the shipping cost.
Yes if you have a custom canvas request please fill out the form in out contact us page with your required size, we recommend that you upload the biggest, highest resolution image / art you have (the image should be clear at the largest size).
